A sales deck is a structured argument. Claude can build the argument from your inputs. You refine the substance; Claude handles the scaffolding.
The quality of your sales deck output is proportional to the quality of your inputs. Claude cannot invent your value proposition or your customer proof, but it can organize everything you already know into a compelling narrative structure.
Before you start, prepare:
Claude will produce a slide-by-slide structure. Review it for accuracy and add specifics that only you have. The structure is usually right; the specifics need your input.
Step 1 (10 min): Assemble your inputs as bullet points.
Step 2 (15 min): Run the starter prompt. Review the output. Note what is accurate and what is missing.
Step 3 (20 min): Run follow-up prompts to improve specific sections. "Make slide 3 more specific to [industry]. Add a case study slide after slide 7 using this customer story: [paste]. Sharpen the objection handling on slide 9."
Step 4 (30 min): Take the approved narrative into your slide design tool. The content is ready; you are placing it into a visual format.
Total time: 75-90 minutes from blank page to designed deck. Versus 4-6 hours previously.
