Here's what every service costs.
Most clients enter at the AI Audit, graduate to Implementation, and continue on a monthly Retainer. You can also engage any tier directly.
For revenue-leadership work where Treetop sits inside your org as a part-time executive, pricing is custom. We always quote a flat monthly fee — never hourly. Here's the range to budget for:

The AI Audit ($1,500) tells you what to build and in what order — output is a written report and a 60-minute readout. Implementation ($3,500+) is us actually building it — Claude Projects, system prompts, knowledge bases, team training. Most clients start with an Audit, then move into Implementation once they've seen the roadmap.
AI Audit and Implementation have fixed starting prices for the standard scope. If you have an unusually large team or want significantly more Claude Projects, we'll quote a higher fixed price up front. Retainer is a flat $1,200/month, no hourly billing. Fractional CMO/CRO and Training engagements are custom — but always quoted as a flat monthly or project fee.
Not typically. The AI Audit is our smallest engagement and it represents a full week of senior work plus deliverables. Below that price point, the discovery and setup overhead outweighs the value to you. If your budget is genuinely under $1,500, the right move is to read our free guides and build it yourself.
For a small business (5–50 people): an Audit + Implementation + 3 months of Retainer typically lands in the $8,000–$12,000 range. For engagements over $5,000, we'll split into 2–3 milestone payments. For Retainer, it's monthly billing. For Fractional, it's monthly. We invoice through Stripe; ACH and card both work.
