Each "yes" is worth 1 point. 0 to 2 points is Tier 1 (Exploring). 3 to 4 is Tier 2 (Piloting). 5 to 6 is Tier 3 (Operationalizing). 7 to 8 is Tier 4 (Compounding). The tier maps directly to a specific set of next moves, not a generic readiness score.

The signal is behavior change: whether real workflows have been rebuilt, whether new hires inherit AI patterns, and whether you've deleted work because AI made it unnecessary.
